Big Bike Tours (Thailand) Limited Partnership, the original and premier big bike touring company based in Chiang Mai, has secured a crucial victory in Thailand’s Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court!
On July 31, 2024, the Bangkok IP Court dismissed the lawsuit brought against us by Big Bike Touring Co., Ltd. The court’s findings decisively confirm our right to protect our business and brand.
